We are accepting applications for experienced certified appraisers, to perform real
          estate appraisals in Connecticut. We offer a generous fee split for independent
          contractors, or a full time staff employee with social security, unemployment and
          income tax deductions, medical insurance available, secretary service and report
          typing. We handle all the billing and payroll, conducts final review of all reports to
          insure quality, and best of all handles all of the lender/client phone calls regarding
          status checks, corrections. We also have a full time dedicated sales staff that is
          constantly working to expand our client base to insure all our people have a steady
          flow of work.
