 The Future

No matter what new appraisal aids are invented, the one sure fact remains. The value of the real estate appraisal is only as good as the appraiser doing the appraisal. The appraisal should be preformed by a certified real estate appraiser who is well educated, has the experience, has the knowledge of the local market and not pressured by any party of the transaction.
